COMPANY PROFILE

Kepler Petroleum (Pvt.) Limited (KPPL) was incorporated in Pakistan on January 2, 2013, as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) granted the Oil Marketing License to Kepler Petroleum on February 24, 2014.  The Company is targeting to develop a niche market for its petroleum by expanding its Retail network, penetrating industrial consumers, and appointing its Authorized Agents for broader reach.

As part of the growth plan, Kepler commissioned the Oil Storage Facilities on December 19, 2016, at Daulatpur in Sindh. The Company started spreading its network in Sindh by adding new retail outlets and marketing petroleum products. Kepler is also constructing Oil Depot at Vehari in Punjab and Taru Jabba in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Kepler Petroleum has more plans to undertake a phased programme for developing oil storage facilities, including leased facilities and importing petroleum products. The Company, in the future, aims to develop and operate Retail Outlets in all the four Provinces of  Pakistan,  Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad  &  Jammu Kashmir after commissioning Depots in respective regions.

The Company has been sponsored and incorporated by highly experienced Oil Industry professionals with over 200 plus years of combined experience in the downstream Oil & Gas sector. The Members of the Management Team are well versed with the Supply Chain Operations in Pakistan’s Oil Industry, dealing with imports, exports and marketing of refined products such as HSD, Motor Gasoline, Kerosene, Aviation Fuels and Lubricants. They have extensive direct and indirect links with leading International Oil Traders & Trading Companies.
