Kepler Petroleum Private Limited was incorporated on January 2, 2013 in Pakistan as a Private limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. It plans to entail the marketing of Petroleum Products through the development of Retail Outlets and its authorized agents in addition to direct sales to Industrial Consumers. The Registered Office of the company is situated at 307-Clifton Diamond, Off: Marine Promenade, Block-4, Clifton,75600, Karachi.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has granted Oil Marketing License to the Company on February 24, 2014. Kepler Petroleum had submitted its application on March 21, 2013 and after rigid evaluation, and meeting the stringent requirements as set by OGRA and Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources, Government of Pakistan, OGRA granted an Oil Marketing Company License to Kepler.

Kepler Petroleum Private Limited has set targets to develop storages in the first stage, followed by the distribution and sale of petroleum products such as Fuel Oil, High Speed Diesel, Gasoline, Aviation Gasoline, Jet A-1, Petro Chemicals, LPG and Lubricants. The company plans to take advantage of the petroleum sector deregulation and to undertake a programme for owning, leasing and renting oil storage facilities to import petroleum products in addition to procurement of products from the local refineries.
